Each Collection is based around the number of images included – and the processes involved. For example, Collection 20 allows you to choose the 20 best images of the 75+ images for your marketing efforts. Collection 40 allows you to choose the top 40 images of the 75+ images. Or, if you prefer all images for a single price, we can do that too.
Image Buyouts
We base tract home images on 10¢ per square foot, eg, 1800 sq ft = $180.
Custom/Luxury/Estate homes 15¢ per square foot.
Commercial residential spaces at 20¢ per square foot.

How quickly can you start?
Once you select a package and submit online, an order ticket is generated to the pool of photographers. We will contact you to confirm location, time, property access and other details.
Expedited jobs can be onsite within 90 minutes. Videography services need 48 hours notice to confirm date availability and flight restrictions over the property.
How quickly will I get my pictures?
Pictures are posted with 48 hours.
Expedited projects within 24 hours.
You will be notified your pictures are ready for download. Use a credit card to unlock and download at your convenience for next 30 days.
Do you have insurance?
Liability in addition to FCC part 107 licensure and insurance.
Can I change or reschedule?
Yes, We offer 1 reschedule with notice. A new order ticket needs to be generated for the second reschedule.
What kind of gear do you use?
Nikon D610, D850, DJI Mavic 2, & AD200, AD600 with umbrellas and speedlights for accent lighting
Can my staging company use the images too?
Yes. A separate usage agreement is needed between all vendors and Fog City.
We have a $100 licensing agreements available for Staging, Tiling, Flooring and General Contractors.
